A: Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when availability allows.
A: The townhouse comfortably accommodates families and small groups with multiple sleeping options, including a king bed, full bed, and additional flexible sleeping arrangements. Crib and toddler bed also available upon request. We work with guest to provide sleeping arrangments that best fit each need.
A: Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, espresso maker, in-home washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and an Art Frame TV. All linens and towels are provided.
A: All direct bookings are processed through Intuit, a secure, encrypted payment platform used by businesses worldwide. Guests can pay safely using major credit or debit cards. Every reservation also includes a formal rental agreement, ensuring clarity and peace of mind before your stay is confirmed.

A: The home is within walking distance of the Metra, offering a convenient and direct ride into downtown Chicago in about 20 minutes.
A: Yes. A private two-car driveway is available for guest use.
A: Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund on cancellations 14+ from reservation check-in, 50% between 7 and 14 days from reservation check-in and 25% if within 7 days of reservation check-in. Please refer to the Cancellaction Policy section for more details.
